6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which states:

  • Services already rendered are non-refundable

  • Custom materials, ordered equipment, and completed engineering work are non-refundable

  • Deposits may be partially refundable only if no costs have been incurred

A project may not be canceled once installation has begun.

7. Completion of Services

Service completion timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Permitting delays

  • Material availability

  • Safety restrictions

  • Third-party or governmental agency requirements

  • Conditions discovered on-site
