Argon Roadway Signs Corp (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is committed to providing high-quality roadway sign installation services, including barrier wall mount signs, overhead sign panels, cantilever structures, truss structures, single pole signs, solar panel signs, multipole signs, and bridge-mount signs.
As a service-based company, our work involves planning, labor, engineering coordination, materials procurement, and field installation.
Due to the nature of these services, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not apply. This policy complies with general U.S. commercial standards for service-based businesses.
Because our services consist of labor, materials, and on-site installation, once a project has been delivered or installation has begun, the services cannot be returned. Completed or partially completed installations are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
Refunds may be considered only before any labor, engineering review, permitting, equipment allocation, or materials procurement has started.
A refund may be issued in the following situations:
If you request a cancellation before:
any field work has begun,
materials have been purchased,
or engineering/permitting processes have been initiated,
you may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative fees, including but not limited to proposal development, project planning, and scheduling costs.
Most projects require a deposit to secure labor, materials, and scheduling.
Deposits may be refundable only if:
The project is canceled within 5 business days of signing the agreement, and
No project-related expenses have been incurred.
After this period, deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services already rendered, whether partially or fully.
Projects where materials have been purchased or ordered.
Engineering drawings or documentation already produced.
Permits already filed, submitted, or paid for.
Delays caused by third parties, weather conditions, governmental agencies, or safety-related restrictions.
Failure by the client to provide site access or required information.
Argon Roadway Signs Corp stands behind the quality of our workmanship. If you believe there is an issue with the installation or materials provided:
You must notify us in writing within 7 business days of discovery.
We will schedule an inspection to evaluate the concern.
If the issue is determined to be the result of our workmanship, we will correct it at no additional cost.
This inspection and correction process does not include refunds, only service adjustments when applicable.
Many signs and structures installed by Argon Roadway Signs Corp are custom-fabricated.
Once materials are ordered, manufactured, or customized, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
If the client requests modifications after the project has been approved and work has commenced, additional costs may apply.
Changes do not qualify for refunds of previously paid amounts.
If a refund is approved (according to the conditions above):
Refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
